SGP highly rated for customer service

Leading facilities management provider SGP Property & Facilities Management is delighted to announce that it has been awarded a Highly Commended status in the Front-line Customer Service Team category for the National Customer Service Awards 2010. The National Customer Service Awards, organised in conjunction with the Institute of Customer Service, are the only awards to recognise the valuable contribution that customer service plays across all industry sectors.

The judges singled out the SGP team for special praise in light of the highly successful relationship between the on site SGP facilities management team and Inverness Airport. During the past 12 months the team has exhibited exemplary customer service skills, particularly during the extreme weather conditions and ash cloud that disrupted so many journeys at the airport.
