New directors for 2011 at Interserve Plc
Interserve, the support services and building group, has appointed two new executive directors to its board, effective 1 January 2011. These are internal appointments involving the managing directors of two of Interserve’s divisions.
Irish expansion
GSH Group, a leading provider of energy and technical facilities management solutions, has expanded its business development team in Ireland as part of the company’s ongoing growth strategy. As a result, Michael Butler and Peter Hazelton have joined as business development mManagers, while Gary McClune has taken the role of energy manager.
SGP heralds new sector focus
Leading facilities management provider SGP Property & Facilities Management has announced the restructure of its senior facilities management team. SGP says the new market-facing structure reflects the specific environments of different client organisations and seeks to resolve common operational challenges across the sectors. The reorganisation is in response to SGP’s organic growth and the acquisition of eight PFI projects purchased as a result of the collapse of Jarvis. Each role reports to Gerry Askew, FM director at SGP.
Cofely appoints new CEO in the UK
Colin Hale has been appointed chief executive officer of Cofely for the UK and Ireland with effect from the 4th October 2010. Colin has over 30 years’ experience within the construction and facilities management sectors and joins the company from Kier Facilities Services, where he was managing director.
New chief executive for Reliance Facilities Management
Reliance Facilities Management Limited has announced the appointment of Paul Crilly as its new chief executive.
