Systagenix selects Initial Facilities Services for total FM solution
Systagenix, the wound healing specialist, has awarded a three-year contract to Initial Facilities Services for the provision of a total FM solution at the company’s World Wide Manufacturing Facility in Gargrave, North Yorkshire. The agreement will cover all soft and hard FM requirements and is designed to create value for money while enhancing client and employee experience at the site.
Carillion seals Land Registry FM deal
Leading support services company Carillion has finalised a deal which will see it take over delivery of facilities management for Land Registry. This is the first time Land Registry has taken the decision to fully outsource these services and, in doing so, is set to realise substantial cost savings.
Incentive cleans up at BMI
BMI airline has appointed Incentive QAS on a three-year cleaning services contract. The deal covers two main locations: BMI's head office building in Donnington and its hangar and workshops at the nearby East Midlands Airport; and its training centre, hangar, offices and check-in areas at Heathrow Airport. BMI was previously using two contractors for this work. Incentive says the decision to award both operations to a single provider was based on its ability to eliminate inefficiencies, increase service delivery and obtain maximum added value.
Inviron to maintain major BFI film venues
Inviron, a leading facilities management and building services provider, has been awarded a prestigious and challenging new contract by the BFI (British Film Institute) to maintain all of the organisation’s buildings, including both BFI Southbank and the iconic BFI IMAX in central London, the BFI National Archive in Hertfordshire and film vaults in Warwickshire.
